Thank you to Rex Bittle and Carada http://www.carada.com/ It is hard to find a company now days that will go above and beyond your expectations to win your business. Well Rex Bittle and Carada did that for me. Top notch customer support with awesome communication via email never more then a few hours wait to get a response. I live over in Macau China and the shipping cost was totally reasonable and it delivery only took about 6 days. The screen was packed extremely well and the quality of the product is some of the best I have seen. Setup and installation went smooth with out incident and took only about an hr. I highly recommend Carada and will definitely use them again. Thanks again Rex and Carada keep up the great work! |

Overall, one of the most hassle-free online purchases I have experienced in a long while. This is quite an achievement, given the fact that my Criterion screen had to travel across the bigger pond to Asia. I was particularly pleased with excellent customer service - big companies in the AV business could take here a few good lessons from Carada. Darald Daugherty is a real professional - all my questions were answered immediately, in a precise and friendly way. The screen itself is a real improvement of my home cinema experience - I am enjoying my favorite movies even more. Moreover, Criterion design and build quality make it an entirely appropriate piece of decor in daylight, especially in my minimalistic interior design. Strongly recommended. |

I recently purchased a 106" Criterion BW screen. The support and service were second to none. They answered all of my questions before the purchase. Once ordered, it only took a couple of days to ship and a couple of days to receive. The screen arrived in perfect shape. Like many others, I decided to install my own home theater. During the process I was able to make quick decisions on a purchase of a Epson 6500 UB, Denon 2310 and Panasonic Blu-Ray (all good by the way!), but deciding on the screen was the hardest part. I couldn't believe the number of options and variables in trying to make this decision. I talked to several "experts", but in the end I believe too many of them have their own worlds they live in. I actually had all of the equipment installed and was using a bed sheet on the wall. Although that may sound strange, it allowed me to do two things; (1) ensure that I was comfortable with my screen size (2) and realize that I didn't need to spend $2000 on a screen. Give this some thought in your own installations! After hours of research on-line looking at Da-lite and Stewart options, I came across Carada. I was a little concerned at first because I had not heard the name, but the more research I did, the more comfortable I got. Am I glad that I finally made the decision. The quality and value of this screen stands out in the crowd. The fixed screen Criterion has a wonderful professional look on the wall. The installation was so simply. Had it up in a couple of hours and watching football. If you're in the market for a screen, you must look at Carada. |

i purchased a 128" 2.35:1 criterion screen from carada two months ago and i must say that the difference is AMAZING compared to my old no-name cheapo quality screen. the colors pop and especially the whites! my whites before almost looked like a mucky greyish, now they are pure and bright! the build quality also of the frame is excellent and assembly was a breeze. very very satisfied... hopefully soon i'll save up enough scratch to get the masquerade system. |

I recently purchased a 118" Carada Criterion Brilliant White screen. I was a complete projector novice prior to this project, and did a ton of reading and research. Everything I read regarding Carada was always positive, and they were priced well below what the "heavy hitters" of the industry are demanding. Rex and the Carada staff were very helpful in finding the right screen for my Epson Home Cinema 6100. It came very well packaged, and was a breeze to assemble. The instructions were very simple to understand, and we had it unboxed and on the wall in less than an hour. Even though some might consider our Home Theater an "entry level" set-up, the guests that have come to visit our home have all raved about the amazing picture quality. That is pretty high praise considering we paid less for the projector, screen, and room re-model than we would have on the screen alone from some of the other companies!! Being a DIY'er, I had almost decided to take that approach to the screen itself, but after seeing the finished product, I know we made the right choice with Carada. I would not hesitate to recommend their product to anyone looking for a projector screen or whatever else Carada offers. I can't imagine a better buying experience. |

My experience with Carada was not different than has been posted below. Their customer service was above and beyond what I expect in todays world. Within a few hours of placing my order online, I received an e-mail inquiring about my setup to make sure I got the screen I needed. We had e-mailed back and forth a few times (all within the same day) and they actually told me that with the projector I was getting that I did not need the more expensive .8 gain screen. I received the screen in about 3 days and all was as advertised. My son and I were able to construct and install the screen in about an hour! All fit together perfectly and the picture is fantastic. From my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carada to anyone. |

I purchased an 88" criterion 2.35 ratio screen in classic cinema white.My only conact with Carada was through e-mail but,all my querys were answered quickly by Rex Bittle. I ordered my screen on the Sunday night and received it in the UK on Friday morning.The screen was very well packaged and was very easy to build and mount on the wall.The materials and build quality were excellent as was the picture quality on the screen. I have been using the screen for over a week now and have been scrutinising everything i have put onto it. I have been unable to fault the sreen in any area. I was a bit worried about ordering a screen i had been unable to demo but,after reading a lot of highly positive comments both here and on various other forums,i decided to take the plunge.I am glad to say i have made the right decision and agree with all the positive comments about Carada.I got a great screen for a modest outlay. I highly recommend carada,both for product and customer service. |

I purchased a 118" (diagonal) Criterion screen (1.0 gain) from Carada last week and am impressed with their customer service, the quality of materials and the ease of assembly. Firstly, Carada's customer service agents are real people who will answer your questions efficiently and intelligently without seeming to be reading from a script. They were kind enough to contact me when my card was declined (due to a misunderstanding with my bank) and accepted my other card without questions. They have been more than willing to provide advice on overall home theater setup, installation and screen cleaning. Secondly, the felt covered metal frame was easily assembled with properly mitred pieces to form solid joints. The instructions are simple and informative. It takes a little work to stretch the screen out to snap it to the frame, but the screen needs to be under tension. All components are said to be made in the USA. I tested my new screen and PT-AE3000U projector with Quantum of Solace on Blu-Ray. The movie is terrible, but looked fantastic. You couldn't see any speckle on the screen and the picture was about as good as you would see in a commercial movie theater. In summary, I highly recommend screens from Carada. I feel they represent good value and their customer service is top notch. |

I am extremely happy with my new Carada 145” diag 2.35:1 Precision screen. As I mentioned previously, you and your team provided wonderful customer service, very fast fabrication and shipping, and a true high quality product for a comparative bargain! Installation was a “snap” (pun intended). I was able to do it all myself, unpacking, assembly, and completed wall-mounting all in about 90 minutes. The included white gloves were a nice touch, and I wore them throughout the process... and ignored the comments from the kids. My new Carada screen and new Panasonic PT-AE3000U projector marry up very nicely. Frankly, I had my doubts that zooming the picture so far to fill such a large screen was still going to give me the brightness, crsip detail, and contrast I was aiming for… but the opening scene of Iron Man put all those concerns to rest. Even the wife (who does a remarkably good job of humoring me and my HT enthusiasm) commented on how the new setup is so much more movie-theater-like. I’ve been giving some thought to a motorized curtain to provide a final touch to the home theater… but frankly, I don’t know if I need to bother given how good the Carada looks. So again, thanks for a great experience. I especially appreciated your responsiveness up front in assisting me with my decisions on screen size and material, assistance with the actual order, and of course the lightning fast delivery of a custom sized screen. An awesome experience which I have already related to a co-worker who is looking for a new screen as well. Thanks again! |

I worked with a knowledgeable salesman to get the right screen for our conference room. He sent screen samples so we could see what type of screen material worked in our environment. Once it arrived, it was extremely easy to set up. To our dismay, we had projector quality issues in 16:9 mode. I contacted my salesman to see if we could swap our 16:9 with a 4:3 screen. No problem at all. Received the new one, shipped the old one back, and the credit card was credited quickly. We are very happy with the quality of our screen as well as the customer service at Carada, a company that still values the satisfied customer. Thanks for all your help Rex!! |

| I purchased a Carada Criterion 112 inch 2.35 to 1 Brilliant White screen. I could not be more pleased. It is fantastic! The design of the screen and construction detail is wonderful and installation was very easy. The price was surprisingly reasonable considering the quality of construction and outstanding performance. I looked at several significantly more expensive Draper and Stewart screens and could detect little if any improvement over the Carada Criterion with the Brilliant White screen material. You can not go wrong if you purchase a screen from Carada. | |||

| This was my first home theater build. I did tons of research on everything I bought. The Carada screen appeared to be the best screen for the money. I was very impressed with the service. I would ask a small question, and within hours get an email back with tons of information. You could tell it wasn't canned information, as it was detailed to what I had specifically asked about my situation. The screen is built very well and was surprisingly easy to put together. I purchased a 106" 16:9 Matte White screen from Carada. The performance appears excellent. The frame is well built, easy to assemble, and looks high end (certainly better than my brother’s DaLite), and the packaging was world class. As impressed as I am with the physical product, I was most impressed with Carada's employee, Mr. Bittle. He responded to my emails quickly (within a couple of hours) and provided detailed, informed suggestions backed up by facts. I cannot recommend Carada highly enough. I look for the best product regardless of country of origin. I am proud to say that one of the best projection screens is "Made In The USA". |

It's refreshing when something actually lives up to its hype. When I was doing my online research, I'd heard about the excellent Carada customer service and build quality... and my own personal experience has confirmed every good thing I'd heard. Before buying, I emailed several questions which were answered promptly--one email response even came on a Sunday morning! The product arrived in perfect condition and I assembled it without any problems whatsoever in under two hours--and I'm not a particularly "handy" guy around the house! I'm a professional cinematographer living in Los Angeles, and I have a fairly demanding eye when it comes to my home theater image quality. The Carada screen I purchased is a custom-sized 92-inch 2.35:1 Brilliant White screen... and I couldn't be more satisfied. It even impressed the wife! |

I called Carada and asked them if I could have a screen custom sized. They said no problem, and didn't charge me a dime more. I received the screen shortly later, and the quality of the build of this screen is very impressive. The performance is great as well. I have experienced no hotspots or stretching of the screen. An important note; the assembly took less than 30 minutes for me, and was very easy. Unlike some competitive brands, the screen stretches with ease, and the clips are very stable and will not bend or break. |

Darold at Carada did a great job helping me select the proper screen for our new home theater. Since this was our first attempt at building a theater we really had to rely on his expertise and we are absolutely thrilled with our Precision Series 1.4 gain screen! The images just pop from our new Epson 6500. The first time we fired up the system was a "whoa" moment - truly a stunning event. I could have spend more on a screen, but after the Carada in action I can't imagine why I would ever need to. I have to also comment on the way the screen was packaged. Everything was included and tightly secured in the box. The added touch of cotton gloves for handling the screen was perfect. I purchased an 88" Carada Precision Brilliant White for my new JVC HD-750 (RS-20 in the US) and am extermely happy with everything, from the ordering process (extremely helpful advice from David Giles in selecting the right material for my intented use and my room, thanks again David!) to the delivery (quick, perfectly packed) to the assemby (extremely easy and straightforward, perfect finish) to the result (great uniformity, no hot spot, very neutral colors). The image displayed by the 750 on the Carada (in a bat-cave) is absolutely magnificent. It is a relatively small screen, but the combination with a 750 creates a plasma-like and vibrant picture. The attention to detail and excellent communication from Carada made this purchase one of the most pleasant internet purchase experience I ever had (and I am a frequent buyer!). If all companies displayed that much professionalism, internet buying would be an absolute pleasure instead of being the lottery it is. Top marks! |
