TOP 10 Ultra Short Throw (UST) Projectors
UPDATED OCTOBER 2018
An Ultra Short Throw (UST) projector has a very wide angle lens, letting you place the projector just under or just above the screen. A key benefit is that anyone giving a presentation won't need to stand in the beam of projected light and create shadows on the image. Another benefit, if you place it under the screen, is that it is easy to install and saves the cost and hassle of a ceiling mount.
On ProjectorCentral, we define a UST projector as one that has a throw ratio of less than 0.4. This Top 10 list is ranked by popularity and includes UST projectors of a variety of lumen output and resolutions.
